SGB will only sell our gliders to areas within the United States where it is legal to own them. If you live in an area where it is not legal, please do not ask us to sell you our gliders. This is for the safety of the gliders for their long-term health.

Reserving a Glider

Babies that are not yet available for shipping or pickup may be placed on reserve with a $50 deposit for any glider under $300. Gliders $300 to $900 require a $100 deposit and gliders $1000 and over require a $500 deposit. Payment must be paid in full by the time your joey is 8 weeks O.O.P. Reserved gliders must be shipped or picked up by 12 weeks O.O.P. or your reservation/deposit is VOID. Special arrangements may be made if agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Deposits

Deposits may be placed to hold/reserve gliders that are not yet ready for pickup or shipping. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE unless we are not able to provide the glider reserved. Deposits may be given either by money order or paypal only. Paypal is accepted at payment@sugargliderbabies.com.

Health Guarantee

All gliders sold are guaranteed to be 100% healthy and active prior to being posted for sale. In addition we offer an extended 72 hour guarantee once the glider leaves our control. Gliders must be taken to vet within 48 hours or immediately upon showing sign of illness or health guarantee is void. If health problem is determined to have originated from us the price of the glider will be refunded 100%. Shipping will not be refunded. Stress, trauma or bacteria infection due to stress are not covered by our health guarantee. If your glider is introduced to another glider during this time it will also void our health guarantee.

*Important Note * We only ship gliders that are happy, alert and active. If there is ANY question or doubt about a glider it will not be available for sale. Gliders we produce are done solely for the enjoyment of raising babies and caring for the gliders. Any money made from sales goes directly back into the glider project. This is only a hobby for us not a business and every glider is cared for as part of the family. No exceptions.

Shipping

Shipping is available via Continental Airlines and costs $165 per container. Price includes airline ticket, a safe and secure container made exclusively for live animals, shipping pouch and a toy/blanket familiar to the glider where it was raised.

Local Pickup

If you are interested in picking up your glider locally instead of shipping, we are able to meet you directly off of I-95 for local pickup or willing to drive reasonable distances for a small gas charge. All gliders come with a traveling pouch and container to take your glider home in. The pouch will be familiar to your glider so it will have something it's familiar with.
